Careers & Training
Join a team that's passionate about children, families, and growing the field of mental health.
Why Resilient Kids
Being a therapist isn't just a career. It's a calling.
✔ Free supervision. One-on-one supervision, group case consultations, and diagnostic support, at no cost to you.
✔ An open-door culture. Walk in and talk through a tough case anytime. We are a warm, human-scale practice, not a clinical medical complex.
✔ Strong support. Monthly in-house trainings (trauma-informed care, documentation, innovative modalities) and a team that celebrates wins and has your back through hard cases.
✔ Nature-based and outdoor work. Options to practice beyond the office, including eco-therapy and equine-assisted work at Buddy's Place Therapeutic Farm.
✔ Room to grow and earn. Training support toward certifications, plus opportunities to earn more through supervising, mentoring, or hosting trainings.
✔ High standards, real heart. A team that leads with compassion and holds itself to strong clinical standards.
When clinicians are supported, the families they serve feel the difference. Here's what you can count on with us:
Growing the Next Generation
We're a training center for early-career and unlicensed clinicians. If you're working toward licensure, our program pairs you with experienced supervisors and gives you real, hands-on clinical experience with children and families, so you build skill and confidence from day one.
Free clinical supervision toward your hours
Associate roles for LACMH, LMSW, and LAMFT clinicians (W2, free supervision)
Group case consultations and monthly trainings
A supportive team invested in your development
Open Positions
We're always looking for talented, passionate people to help raise the quality of mental health care for children and families.
